We always knew that we didn't want a big, extravagant ceremony. We looked into beautiful venues for a small, intimate ceremony, but as we started to draw up draft guest lists, we realized that no matter what, we would be excluding so many people we loved. Knowing it would be impossible to include everyone, we decided to elope and get married in an intimate ceremony, with just the two of us, and record the ceremony to share with all of our friends and family.
